On February 17, 2019, at approximately 9:35 P.M., Gulfport Police responded to the area of 43rd Avenue and 11th Street to investigate a firearm discharge complaint.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult black male off the roadway of 43rd Avenue suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical personnel determined that the male was deceased.
