On February 28, 2019, the Gulfport Police arrested 28 year old Breon Lee Arrington of Wiggins charging him with Trafficking of Marijuana and Felony Fleeing and Eluding in a Motor Vehicle. The arrest stemmed from a narcotics investigation where Arrington fled from a traffic stop. Arrington continued north into Stone County where his vehicle became disabled.
Arrington exited the vehicle and fled on foot where he was apprehended by Gulfport K9. Multiple pounds of marijuana were recovered. Arrington was transported to the Gulfport Police Station where he was processed and later taken to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Arrington’s bond set at $30,000.00 for Felony Fleeing and $30,000.00 for Trafficking Marijuana.
